There are always trigger points that release positive and negative emotional reactions. However, these moments of exhilaration and exasperation are quite infrequent. The majority of the time investing is a ‘sit, wait and contemplate’ kind of process.

At the risk of sounding repetitive, successful investing is based on either buying assets below value, or selling them above value.
